This is one of the best tonkatsu ramen I have ever tried. it is rich, and very umami. it is salty and very savory with an authentic and more real boiled pork meaty taste.

Delicious savory broth with nice and chewy noodles. They look like proper alkaline noodles and keep their texture as you eat. The two sauce packets give you the cloudy broth you want with the beads of fat you usually only see at restaurants.
My family love it! My husband said it tasted authentic Japanese ramen.

It was yummy instant ramen
The noodles were thick, smooth, and had a great texture, just like the noodles you'd get at a restaurant. The flavor was rich and distinctly seafood-based; delicious! I'd definitely order it again. I'll try other varieties as well.

This was my first time trying Zubaan Ramen and this particular flavor. Noodles are very thick and chewy, and the soup had great stout flavor with dark tonkotsu and fish broth soup base. There are two soup packets, one liquid and another powder (use both). Fish flavor, like dashi powder, was a nice addition to the dark tonkotsu soup. On the back, there was also an instruction for Tsukemen style.
Even though the noodles are dried, they are thick and I like them, and the soup has a strong seafood flavor. I bought them and plan to buy them again next time. I would also like to try other flavors. However, it seems that the miso flavor is currently only available through overseas shipping, so I hope that it will be available for regular purchase soon.
