I used it to make chicken soup today, and the kids loved it.
I added chicken thighs and cooked them together. It was delicious! The fish maw looked small but it was very thick when cooked.
Add it to pork bones and simmer for 3 hours to get a potent tonic!

I noticed on the review page that this product had not arrived. Since something else was included, I thought it was a sample, but I was wrong. The expiration date has passed and I was unable to process the order, which is unfortunate. I was not careful enough.
This soup dumpling with chicken or pork bones is very delicious and nutritious.
It's really delicious to make soup with old hens. It's so convenient that you don't have to prepare the ingredients yourself.
The quantity is quite large. Not bad. I will try it later.

The soup is very good. The Hericium erinaceus was only 2/3 and the other 1/3 was eaten. The flower mushroom and black fungus were also very good.
