Delicious n convenient dim sum at home
I usually prefer radish cakes with chunky radish pieces, but this one, even without them, still tasted really good! The radish and dried shrimp flavors came through nicely, and the texture was smooth, not cakey or dry. Surprisingly, it’s better than most dim sum places I’ve tried around town!
Been waiting so long to get it on sale. Very expensive at regular price. Not on sale but available at lower price when u meet a level. Really flavorful. Will get it only if on sale. A small packet with 10 pcs.
The Xin Ye Carrot Cake I bought before was thought to be a Taiwanese Carrot Cake without anything added, but it is not the case. This grandma’s Carrot Cake is my favorite Taiwanese Carrot Cake from Zhenggang!

Put it in a pan with oil and fry until both sides are brown. Remove from the pan and set aside. Set aside. It has the texture of scallops and radish. , the fragrance is overflowing.
