delicious! the perfect balance of umami and spice. flavors all of the hotpot ingredients very well. heavy on the peppercorns so if you have a low tolerance for spice, be careful.

I bought another Little Sheep Wagyu beef hot pot slice last time and it was pretty good, so I'm trying this one instead.
I usually buy lamb, but this was my first time trying beef! Although it was a bit pricey, it was totally worth it – not as fatty as beef in the US and incredibly flavorful.

The packaging was great, the skewers were delicious , and the price wasn't cheap, haha. I only remembered to take a picture after I finished eating and threw them in the recycle bin, haha.

As soon as it arrived, I preheated it to 425F and grilled it for 20 minutes, and it was seriously, seriously, seriously delicious! I added some crushed pepper and black pepper to the cumin that came with it and dipped it in, and it was genuinely amazing. I want to eat it again.

I had no idea what oz meant. When I opened the package, there were only ten small skewers, and the bottom was empty. It wasn't even enough for one person! The lamb itself was fine, but the quantity and price were too high.
