Korean-style Garak Udon < This is an accurate description. Since it is a room temperature product, the noodles have a slightly sour taste. If you rinse it in hot water for 5-10 seconds beforehand, it will be less sour :)

Buckwheat noodles are so delicious. The powdered soup contains wasabi, so you don't have to add wasabi separately to enjoy the spicy flavor.

I ordered it because I was craving cold buckwheat noodles.
It's delicious! It tastes just like Korean buckwheat noodles, and I love that the sauce block includes radish, wasabi, and green onions. The portion is a bit small, and it's for one person.
The noodles are a bit loose, but the sauce and overall flavor are very good.
