These are chewy and delicious. They have a nice heat and that great numbing tingle of Szechuan peppercorn. I add a splash of black vinegar to finish and these are among my very favorite instant noodles.
very good noodles! it's not super spicy to the point that you can't eat it, it tastes like it has some buillon, Sichuan pepper corn because it has a slight numbing effect after tasting. it has sesame seeds, chili flakes, green onions, maybe even a slight taste of sesame oil in it.

Quick and easy to make. The noodles are long and have a good chewy texture. Chili oil is spicy and delicious, with a numbing effect on the mouth. I did not really like the flavor of the powder packet the first time I made them, so the next time I omitted the powder and added a small splash of soy sauce instead, and I found the flavor to be perfect for me. I was surprised to see these have 10g of protein per serving. A good small meal.
One bag a week, it's so delicious, kids and the elderly can both enjoy it.

This is after using 2/3 of the chili oil given. I love the taste of these noodles! The vinegar adds an extra tang so it’s sour AND spicy. I must say the spice seems to be the numbing kind but it was not super noticeable.

After soaking in boiling water for a few minutes until softened, drain the water, add seasonings, stir, and it's ready to eat. It's simple and convenient, and most importantly, the taste is pretty good. The noodles are also chewy. I'll definitely buy it again after I finish this.
