I love this kind of chicken. I boil chicken broth with water, then take the chicken out and make a cold chicken salad. Adding some vegetables to the chicken broth makes a delicious soup. The chicken is medium-sized, with plenty of meat and a good texture. The price is a bit high, but I hope they don't raise it in the future.

Khao man gai. Chicken is super tender and has a strong chicken flavor! I had it submerged in hot water on low-medium heat for 35 mins but prob could do 30 next time.

The blood had been draining for a while, so it was actually quite oily. And after washing away the blood clots, there wasn't much dirt left. The broth was drinkable, but what a waste! It even contained chicken gizzards, hearts, and livers.

It's alright, but the black-boned chicken is a bit small.
BUY THIS CHICKEN!! Don't let the size stop you from buying! Although it is on the smaller side, the chicken meat and soup from this chicken do not disappoint! My family absolutely adores the soup, and it is very easy to cook; just let it boil and sit for a while, and the meat will be extremely tender.
