I've bought this baby hen countless times; it's fantastic for making soup. I forgot to take a picture after cooking it A touch of butter makes the chicken soup so fragrant, and the chicken meat is chewy and flavorful. Adding some other ingredients to the soup makes it even more delicious

Khao man gai. Chicken is super tender and has a strong chicken flavor! I had it submerged in hot water on low-medium heat for 35 mins but prob could do 30 next time.
