I received a product with a best-by date of about a month. It's so big, I'm shocked that I won't be able to use it all in a month.
It was disappointing that it wasn't on sale even though the expiration date was approaching, but I still bought it because I feel Japanese cake flour is reliable.
I'm going to be making cookies to sell soon, and I decided to use this flour that I'm used to using.
