Frame packing
I originally intended to make mushroom and beef cubes, but for some reason, after thawing, they turned out to be beef shreds. It's very strange, but the packaging indicates that the wrong item was shipped.

Perhaps because it's Wagyu, it's really tender. If you eat about 170 grams per person, it's enough for two meals or one pack for two people. That is assuming you don't eat a lot; if you have a big appetite, one pack should be enough. I would repurchase this.
This was the most tender and soft meat I've ever bought from Weee. It is a bit pricey, but cheaper than eating at a restaurant, so I'll have to buy it when it's on sale. The marbling is excellent.

This Wagyu New York strip steak is of good quality. Cooked to medium-rare, it's tender and juicy, with a creamy flavor that dances in your mouth with the pepper and sea salt – so satisfying! Much better than the ribeye I bought here last time!
