This was the most tender and soft meat I've ever bought from Weee. It is a bit pricey, but cheaper than eating at a restaurant, so I'll have to buy it when it's on sale. The marbling is excellent.

This Wagyu New York strip steak is of good quality. Cooked to medium-rare, it's tender and juicy, with a creamy flavor that dances in your mouth with the pepper and sea salt – so satisfying! Much better than the ribeye I bought here last time!

I made minced meat curry. It's a bit fatty, but delicious.
This is ground American Wagyu beef, not Japanese Wagyu. It's relatively more affordable. The beef is rich in fat, so you don't need to add extra oil when frying it; it releases plenty of butter. Adding a little to stir-fries doubles the flavor. I often use ground beef to cook pasta; it's especially fragrant. I also like to use ground beef for fried rice and pasta.
