I finally had the energy to make wontons today! It was just a bit of a hassle to clean and remove the roots from the shepherd's purse. I mixed the shrimp, minced meat, and seasonings together, and my husband did the filling because my hands are too weak. The wonton wrappers were the perfect thickness; one pack makes about 50. I only bought two packs, and that wasn't enough. I have to go to the nearby shop tomorrow to get another pack. I just cooked a bowl, and it tasted great! No wonder my daughter-in-law and grandchildren love it.
