The handmade noodles here are all delicious, but the dragon whisker noodles are easily overcooked. I still like the one with the green packaging at the back.

Cook for one minute longer than the package instructions, for a total of five minutes. It will have a chewy texture, perfect for making Zhajiangmian (noodles with soybean paste).
