This was a new product and it was on sale so decided to try it. This is so yummy and tender! Not a lot of meat in the pack but was able to get two meals out of it especially when you add other stuff to the meal. Definitely a repurchase!

I added white bitter melon to stir-fry, but the meat quality was not good, chewy, smelly, and not fresh.
The packaging was missing and the seal was not tight. After the ice melted, blood flowed everywhere. The beef was of good quality and medium in size. It was easy to eat after it was marinated with turmeric and stir-fried with perilla.

I purchased the meat on discount, which seemed like a good deal at the time. However, when I cooked it, I found it a bit tough and challenging to chew. Additionally, there was a slight odor that wasn't very pleasant. While the price was appealing, the quality didn't quite meet my expectations.
The finely chopped ones are very good. I used them to make soup today.
There is very little gizzard in this beef but it is delicious.
