This makes a delicious boiled rice noodle dish. Unlike Guilin rice noodles, silver thread rice noodles are easy to cook, convenient, quick, easy to digest, and gentle on the teeth and stomach.

The texture is light but still chewy enough to hold up in soups, stir-fries, or any sauce. They absorb flavors really well, and the taste is clean and fresh. It’s easily one of the best rice noodles I’ve tried. I’ll definitely be purchasing it again!
