Very classic
I often use this Zhenjiang vinegar for cooking and making cold dishes. Its sourness is very mild; it doesn't have an overpowering, harsh taste that makes you grimace. The acidity arrives very gently. Up close, you can smell a rich, fermented aroma—not just a simple sourness, but a mellow flavor unique to fermented grains. Dripping some into cold dishes brings out the natural flavors of the ingredients, making them refreshing and light. It's also great for dipping dumplings or preserved eggs; the taste is smooth and doesn't leave a harsh aftertaste. Adding a little to dishes also works well to remove fishy smells and enhance flavor. After heating, the pungent sourness dissipates, leaving only a subtle vinegar aroma infused into the dish. Even with a slightly larger amount, the overall taste remains mild, with a hint of sweetness at the end—a very natural flavor.

This is just regular rice vinegar. However, this time, even though I hadn't opened the lid, I could smell vinegar from the moment I removed the bubble wrap. The bottle felt wet with vinegar when I touched it. I think it arrived cracked. Unfortunately, I will have to discard it. I would like a refund.

Finally came since i ran out my vinegar. Wee has been so helpful having all these Filipino products especially that i don’t want to drive to the store and not all store has all the products too
We always have Datu Puti vinegar. We use it when cooking Adobo, a favorite dish, also Paksiw. It's also good as "sawsawan" on almost all fried dishes.
