Crunchy munchie!! Simply served with rice and homemade pickled daikon. Quick lunch, simple and soooo satisfying. I prefer lumpia with closed ends because the oil stays clean. Will definitely buy again.

Wow, deliciously crunchy. Why bother to make your own when it is available ready to cook. A lot less labor: marketing, cutting the veggies and wrapping!!!

These are delicious! But I did not expect these to be Indo Mediterranean influenced ( did not read the description ?), I thought these were Chinese inspired. So they are spicier than I anticipated even though the packaging does not say anything about being spicy. I also used the air fryer as instructed and it was not nearly long enough. I ended up doing it at 3:30 for almost 12 minutes.
Spicy and salty, Costco's vegetarian spring rolls are more suitable for children.
