Crispy. Taste is a bit weird to me. A little spicy which didn’t expect that. Ingredients and seasoning don’t specify all the details. Found a few pieces of lemongrass sticks that don’t look pleasant. I won’t buy again.

The product is called La Chanh chicken jerky but the English translation is La Xa chicken jerky. This dish has a slight mistake. The flavor is delicious and spicy. Vegetarian ok.
