I'd been curious about this for a while, and since it was on sale, I bought it. I tried mixing it into the dipping sauce for somen noodles, and it gave it a refreshing taste. It'll be very useful as the weather gets warmer. It also seems like it would go well with ochazuke (rice with tea). A potential repeat purchase in the future.
