This is a frozen fish fillet product from Denmark. It contains five fillets of rainbow trout. The pre-processed and deboned fillets are very convenient to cook. It's already seasoned with salt, so no additional seasoning is needed. After thawing, I rinsed it briefly with water and baked it for about 10 minutes. The fish is very delicate, tender, and flavorful. Most importantly, it's easy to cook.
