I'd like to make some winter melon tea to cool down in the summer.
I didn't add the water as instructed, only 350 grams, and simmered it over low heat to make winter melon syrup. It yielded about 14 ounces. When needed, I add water to make winter melon tea, and add milk and tapioca pearls for delicious winter melon milk tea. This method is convenient, easy to store, and avoids using up too much at once or drinking too much sweetness.
It's so troublesome to have to type something just to buy something.
