First time buying this, made in Taiwan. Although it is fried bean curd, it is not fried very crispy, but still soft. After unpacking, clean the oil on the outer layer first, then cut it into strips for cooking. I used it to stir-fry rice noodles, it was really good, everyone rushed to eat it, it is worth repurchasing.
