I trust Lee Kum Kee's various condiments. This spicy bean paste is very useful for cooking and meat. I often only put this sauce when stewing meat, and the stewed meat is very delicious.

I wanted doubanjiang (chili bean paste), and looked around the supermarket, but there were so many kinds I couldn't decide, so I bought it here. It's a large quantity, and I'm not sure if I'll be able to use it all, but I think it's good that I can use it without hesitation. Lee Kum Kee is a brand available in Japan, so I feel safe using it. I've never seen a jar this large in Japan before.
