I always have these two things in stock. Pork belly is meaty less fats. Pork ribs are great too. I use both for either sinigang or adobo.

Not bad ! Much tasty if you add more sherred lemongrass and garlic and half teaspoon of fish sauce
For me personally, it is rich and has delicious spices. But if you want it to be more delicious and easy to eat for everyone, you should fry more onions and garlic, then add mussels, green onions, a little sugar and pepper. Then put it on a plate and the last part of the delicious dish is crispy and fragrant grilled sesame rice paper. Scoop the rice paper with stir-fried mussels. Yummy
