This chicken broth is my secret to making delicious Hainanese chicken rice. Buy a chicken, separate the meat from the bones, and freeze the broth. Use this broth to cook the rice. After cooking, add two tablespoons of the chicken broth and stir well. That makes incredibly delicious Hainanese chicken rice, better than any other place you can find.
