Very thick slices. But very good flavor.
There were reviews saying it was tough, and it really is. I added pear juice and mirin and seasoned it with bulgogi sauce, but the meat is still tough, maybe because of the tendons.
I use it in beef bowls and hayashi rice. It's delicious.
Thicker slices than I thought but not bad for the price. Good for marinating
I felt there were a little too much fat, but liked the meat. It was very tender and tasty. The slices were not that thin like shabu shabu meat, but I think I am going to use the meat for sukiyaki next time. I think this meat is versatile in terms of cooking Japanese dishes like sukiyaki and gyudon beef bowl.
This was my first time buying this product, but the quality of the meat was so good that I'll definitely buy it again!
Mmmmm good. Dinner is served. Will purchase again.
I stir-fried the oyster mushrooms and bean sprouts I bought here, and my husband really enjoyed it.
First time buying, the quality is good, with some tendons and chewy

The meat was fresh and whole. Weee helped me achieve hot pot freedom.
We had hot pot today! The meat was amazing! It's USDA Choice, the premium grade, and this three-piece platter was totally worth it! We got to eat brisket, shoulder, and short ribs—the tenderness and marbling were all perfect, and it looked so appetizing!

The beef slices for hot pot are suitable for pan-frying or stir-frying. The only downside is that it's difficult to cut the meat into pieces that are still attached.
