I made it for my friend's child, and they both loved it.
The two on the left are gold medal pieces, and the two on the right are basket pieces. Gold medal pieces win! First, the shape: the gold medal pieces are closer to the flat oval shape of xiaolongbao (soup dumplings), while the basket pieces are too pointed and don't cook through easily; the top is also slightly sticky. Both have a 1/3 breakage rate, the same for both. As for the taste: the gold medal pieces immediately evoke the flavor of Yu Garden (a famous traditional Chinese restaurant), a perfect score! The basket pieces tasted great two years ago, but later developed a strong ginger flavor, and even after six months, the ginger flavor is still very strong. The meat is also reddish in color. I won't repurchase them.
The kids loved it, so I'm planning to buy it again. They say it's so delicious!
these are very yummy and easy to cook. just steam for 15 minutes and wait for a few minutes to cool. my son loved it!

Comes with small squares of steamer paper but you can also use your own (like I did in the picture). Wrapper is pretty thin and has a good amount of soup!

I just discovered these chicken soup dumplings, I'm so happy!
I used to always buy pork xiaolongbao, but recently the packaging has been really flimsy; the buns are all stuck together. I saw in the reviews that the chicken xiaolongbao still came in the old packaging, so I bought those instead. The old packaging is much better; they're all separated.
These are very convenient xiaolongbao (soup dumplings), and they taste good too.

Missing the Golden Shrimp and Chive Dumplings is just as delicious as the Shrimp and Celery Dumplings, and even more fragrant than plain meat dumplings.
The chive flavor was very fragrant and authentic, but the taste and texture of the shrimp were barely perceptible. It felt like eating a chive and mushroom filling. Overall, it was tasty, but the shrimp wasn't the main ingredient.
The product is great, I'll definitely buy it again!
