This Venus Taiwanese sausage is really good. It can be stored without a cold chain, which is very convenient. The flavor is a bit sweet, and the meat is quite firm. More like sweet and smokey which I love! Definitely different flavor profiles from the other longganisa and the texture of the meat reminds me of chorizo tacos with leaner meat. Personally, I prefer more savory than sweet, but this is a really great option if you want sweet and smokey. Theres about 13 pieces in one pack!

Has detergent after taste. not cebu chorizo at all. i have to throw it in the trash. Wee should not sell thos type of product.

These are my GO to product, everyone in my family loves these!! Especially make it "Longsilog" longanisa, sautéed rice with plenty of garlic and topped it with sunny side up eggs. Hmmmm, I'm already getting hungry
