very delicious
Today I used fish fry seasoning powder with a little sweet potato starch to fry it, so it wasn't too salty. I then coated it with slices of meat to make Taiwanese-style meat soup, which prevented the batter from falling off. Of course, a little black vinegar is essential.
I use it for making fried chicken. Its coarse texture improves the overall mouthfeel.
I've bought it multiple times and it's pretty good. If you like it, you can buy it.
When I miss my mom's homemade rice noodle sheets, I have no choice but to make them myself.
This flour makes delicious Taiwanese popcorn chicken. I've tried many other flours, but this one is the best.
Great for crispy fried chicken. This is a staple in our household.
It's used to make salt and pepper chicken, and it's very authentic.
Fried salted and fried chicken with sweet potato starch tastes exactly like the ones I had in Taiwan.
I've bought some good stuff from offline supermarkets!
I had these noodles in a hot pot dish. The texture is much better if you soak them for about 8 hours.
I’ve not tried this but looking great
Even after soaking for 24 hours, it doesn't have a chewy texture... It just feels soft and mushy...
I haven't tried it yet, but it arrived at the right time.
This is my favorite glass noodle dish. It's super big and chewy. The best I've ever had.
Vietnamese dish: miến lộn xộn! Mix Korean glass noodles with seafood soup…don’t forget getting yourself a Vietnamese coffee also.. delicious….
I guess you have to soak them for a really, really long time. I'm not good at waiting, so I just ate the hard glass noodles... but next time, I'll have to soak them all day.
texture is even better after being soaked in warm water for a few hours
really good after being soaked for an hour
If you soak it the day before, it cooks faster.
This is good brand, repurchased.
This a good brand for fried chicken. Crunchy!
The quality is good, I will repurchase.
Packaged well, a little bit dusted with flour on the outside but that is expected. Excited to use!
This is my first time buying this product, I haven't used it yet, but it seems pretty good.
Stock up on two packs of sweet potato flour, a must-have for fried pork cutlets.
Useful sweet potato starch, indispensable for frying pork, ribs, and vegetables.
This is exactly what I need for cooking at home; it's great for thickening sauces.
I'm planning to make fried pork chops with sweet potato flour , hope they taste good!
Made jap chae with this noodle for the first time and it was delicious! Very easy to cook and the package has a lot of noodles. I love that these noodles are wider and have a very bouncy, chewy texture. Will definitely be buying again!
Cheaper katakuriko
Excellent for frying wings or tofu!
I learned that potato starch is perfect for fried eggplant sandwiches, so I bought two bags. I'll make some fried eggplant sandwiches in a few days and then give a review.
Small and easy to use.
I used it to make strawberry mochi, and I also fried chicken!
Sweet and sour pork fried with this potato starch
I bought this as a substitute for potato starch.
First time buying
I've bought this many times; I love the fine texture!
It's cheap and the portions are big! Good job.

It's a big bag, meant for Korean-style cold dishes.
Starch noodle is good
We've always used this brand of vermicelli in our family; we use it for steamed buns, hot pot, stews, and hot and sour noodles.
I bought it for the second time; it's a must-have for hot pot.
