I don't have an air fryer, so I defrosted it in the microwave and then baked it in a toaster oven until the outside was crispy. The sweet potato was filled with sweet potato paste and had a mochi-like texture; it was delicious. It wasn't as sweet as I expected, and I could taste a slight saltiness.
