First, I made sashimi. The meat was good, but there was too much connective tissue. I removed the connective tissue and made sushi directly.
It's chewy and delicious! I've tried other tuna brands, but those were a bit gritty, whereas this one is chewy. However, if it's thawed too much, it can be slightly fishy, so if you are sensitive to fishy tastes, you might not like it.

I bought this for my husband, who loves fatty tuna (otoro), as a Father's Day gift. It arrived partially thawed. There were a few sinews, but I'm grateful to be able to buy this much fatty tuna at this price. I think it's perfectly fine for enjoying sushi at home while living abroad.

It looks delicious, but I had already defrosted it. However, I can't eat it today, so I put it back in the freezer. It should be fine!

Love making poke bowls with this!
I made raw fish rice bowls. What you see in the picture is half of the package, and since it is frozen neatly in a single layer, it is easy to divide and store. It was fresh and delicious! I used half to make a single serving of rice bowl, and there was a bit too much fish—I think one purchase would be enough for up to three servings. I liked it so much that I think I will buy it again next time.
I will be making tuna poke with this , a family favorite. Very convenient and arrived frozen.

It's so delicious! Combined with seaweed salad and salmon, it makes ahi tuna salmon nacho chips. Everyone who tries it will be blown away! Perfect for a party! I'll definitely buy it again and again.
