Love sashimi, so simple but delicious
It was a huge chunk weighing 940g! I partially thawed it enough to cut through with a knife, cut it in half, and froze the rest. It had no unpleasant smell and tasted delicious.
It's very large. I had it as sashimi with ponzu sauce. It was very tasty and fresh, not fishy at all.
Albacore Tuna was amazing! I made Korean style chirashi with spicy gochujang sauce. One of the best quality sashimi I ever tasted. It just melted in my mouth. so delicious!
