I have repurchased this Arctic clam many times. This time it is white and even better!
Arctic scallops, you can eat them after simple processing
Not good for me. I bought these along with the red ones. Save your money for the salmon sashimi or scallop sashimi. the two clam options are terrible. bad flavor bad texture. they also triggered stomach issues and also I got a rash around my eyes from them. I have never been allergic to shellfish in my life. I gave this 2 stars instead of 1 just in case it is just my genes that can't tolerate them. but still, the flavor and texture are horrible. so if I were you, I would skip it.
It was very unpalatable. The sashimi was so fishy that I couldn't eat it. I had to stir-fry it with ginger and scallions, but it still didn't taste good.

After frying, this scallop is as tough as rubber and hard to chew! It is much worse than another brand I usually buy. I don’t know if it is because the manufacturer has frozen it for too long or it is a quality problem.

Don't buy it, it's fake or super poor quality! Like others states, it's rubbery and not even sashimi grade. I thought they were wild from Japan but it's processed in CHINA hence the uniformity, which makes it even more suspicious.

It's so old! It's not the same thing as Pacific Surf Sea Scallop. This one is dark in color, oval in shape, and the meat is very old after frying, so old that it's like rubber!
