Love making poke bowls with this!
I made raw fish rice bowls. What you see in the picture is half of the package, and since it is frozen neatly in a single layer, it is easy to divide and store. It was fresh and delicious! I used half to make a single serving of rice bowl, and there was a bit too much fish—I think one purchase would be enough for up to three servings. I liked it so much that I think I will buy it again next time.
I will be making tuna poke with this , a family favorite. Very convenient and arrived frozen.

First, I made sashimi. The meat was good, but there was too much connective tissue. I removed the connective tissue and made sushi directly.
It's chewy and delicious! I've tried other tuna brands, but those were a bit gritty, whereas this one is chewy. However, if it's thawed too much, it can be slightly fishy, so if you are sensitive to fishy tastes, you might not like it.

I bought this for my husband, who loves fatty tuna (otoro), as a Father's Day gift. It arrived partially thawed. There were a few sinews, but I'm grateful to be able to buy this much fatty tuna at this price. I think it's perfectly fine for enjoying sushi at home while living abroad.

It looks delicious, but I had already defrosted it. However, I can't eat it today, so I put it back in the freezer. It should be fine!

I bought it to make poke, and it was all gone in one meal. I'm quite thin, which is okay. The main problem is that I can't find any other food that can be eaten raw.
Combined with seaweed salad and tuna, it makes a delicious ahi tuna salmon nacho chip – everyone who tries it will be mesmerized! Perfect for a party! I'll definitely buy it again and again.

Last time I ordered masago (pictured right), requested a refund, and received a credit. (Order No. 94968465 was refunded.) However, now that I have received tobiko (pictured left), I feel as though I was wrong. I now believe that the part circled in yellow was not torn, but should have been torn. I have not yet thrown away the masago, so please accept the credit I received previously.
It's great for making sushi; it'll be refreshing and perfect for summer.
