Plenty of meat and in good condition. I soaked it in water for 2-3 hours to remove the blood and oven-roasted it, so there is no gamey smell.
The long pork ribs yielded quite a few small pieces of meat, which I steamed separately.

The portion is slightly small and the meat is little tough even after cooking it for a while.
I bought two because the reviews said they were smaller than expected, but they're actually quite generous! I think one would be enough for two people. There's plenty of meat, not just bones. However, since it's frozen, it might be a little tough for a five-year-old.

I was very satisfied with these pork rib strips. The meat was well-cut with a good balance of lean meat and fat.
I made pork rib kimchi stew! The ribs were in good condition. The meat was tender, too.
Fresh meaty spare ribs - blanched in hot water, a quick rinse and cut into pieces. Braised with seasoning and a family’s favorite is made for dinner to go with rice! Excellent texture and taste!
