These are my favorites. I love adding this to ramen. I don't find any of these to be actually spicy/hot. All the spice levels taste the same. I've tried the extra hot and it only looks angry (red). I usually add heat!

The mix is a little strong in terms of a clam forward smell. It does go away as you cook with it. The spice level is perfect for me who usually likes it around a medium to hot level. It mixes well with bone broth.
