Today I took out the bean curd sheets I bought last week to make bean curd sheet sushi, only to find that they had expired on January 23, 2026. This is very disappointing. I hope the business owner can fulfill their responsibility to ensure food safety for consumers.

They are bright green and very fresh, and most of them are very tender, although some leaves and stems are a bit tough. Pea sprouts are delicious stir-fried with minced garlic or used in hot pot.
I don't know if it's because it's the right season, but the soybean sprouts I bought twice in a row were of very good quality and were very clean.
