Little thinn but does tge job. I spread some olive oil before placung the momo/dumplings.Easily stackable inside any std kitchen pot. Put 1 cup water, in mediumheat, cover it tightly & its ready in 20 min.Easy to hand clean & dry immediatel. Used 20 times.. No rust yet
