I wanted to eat the transparent dumplings I used to eat in Korea, so I hope this tastes like that.

They're small, but they're packed with flavor, so six is a perfect amount for lunch. And they're delicious. I microwaved them after lightly moistening them.
It is also very creative to wrap Korean chop suey (Chinese style) in xiao long bao, which has not been opened yet.

Authentic Chinese dim sum
It was my first time buying rhubarb rice. Because it was out of stock, I bought the white one. It was not sweet and very sticky. I liked it very much.

I've tried many brands of soup dumplings, and this one is the best. It has almost no MSG taste, isn't greasy, and actually has soup inside. The meat isn't fishy, and you can even taste a hint of ginger. I buy it every time.
This is my favorite dumpling. You can taste the pork & ginger! Delicious!
To be honest, I'm not very satisfied. The meat filling didn't seem very fresh. I'll probably buy Bibigo dumplings from now on.
