If you’re Vietnamese and love the taste and flavor of lemongrass, tendon and vermicelli this one is for you. I love the fragrance, texture, and crispy skin. I cook mine in the airfryer at 375 degrees fahrenheit for 16 minutes. It makes the perfect, quick and easy meal if paired with fresh vegetables and crispy egg roll skin for texture over vermicelli noodles or jasmine rice. If lazy, it makes the perfect snack. I will buy this again for sure.
