I was disappointed with the lack of carrots and potatoes in my sauce but to make up for that disappointment the sauce is very good and I really like the amount of spice. the directions didn't say anything for meat, so I just decided to make a vegetarian meal with it. I would definitely buy this again.
not too spicy but has a good flavor to it. i had used 2 packs for one big dish, I could have gotten away with one but the extra sauce is nice to soak into the rest of the ingredients.
