The noodles are incredibly chewy and delicious. Soak them in hot water, then add shredded cucumber and various seasonings. I absolutely must add my own homemade sesame paste – it's so satisfying!

A-Kuan Sichuan-Style Noodles with Red Oil
This is after using 2/3 of the chili oil given. I love the taste of these noodles! The vinegar adds an extra tang so it’s sour AND spicy. I must say the spice seems to be the numbing kind but it was not super noticeable.
The sour and spicy flavor also has its own unique charm.

one pack is never enpugh!
After soaking in boiling water for a few minutes until softened, drain the water, add seasonings, stir, and it's ready to eat. It's simple and convenient, and most importantly, the taste is pretty good. The noodles are also chewy. I'll definitely buy it again after I finish this.
My mom's all time top favorite flavor. I love it too but I am hooked on the Saylala one's. The spice is hot but bearable. I will order more in the future.

It doesn't look great because I took the picture while eating, but it's delicious. It's convenient since you just need to soak the noodles in hot water. I added Chinese vinegar and it tasted even better.
