Good bbq spare rib
Plenty of meat and in good condition. I soaked it in water for 2-3 hours to remove the blood and oven-roasted it, so there is no gamey smell.
The long pork ribs yielded quite a few small pieces of meat, which I steamed separately.

The portion is slightly small and the meat is little tough even after cooking it for a while.
I bought two because the reviews said they were smaller than expected, but they're actually quite generous! I think one would be enough for two people. There's plenty of meat, not just bones. However, since it's frozen, it might be a little tough for a five-year-old.

I love Iberian pigs. After the stalls at the farmers market disappeared, I had to rely on weee. I have placed orders many times and tried different methods. Because there is less meat, I still think stew is the best, especially when cooked with high-fiber winter bamboo shoots, which doubles the nutrition.
