The taste was alright, not bad. I added carrots, minced garlic, and soy sauce, which made it taste better. Most of the noodles were broken. Personally, I don't think it's as good as Ma Liu Ji cold noodles. I wouldn't buy it again.

these are delicious the noodles are a lot thicker than what I'm used to for sweet potato glass noodles it's also not as sour as I wanted so I did end up adding vinegar to it as it cooked but still good and very spicy.

Yuanxian is a trustworthy brand. Its hot and sour noodles and spicy hot pot noodles are also delicious.
My husband doesn't like this. I think he made it according to the instructions and opened the sweet soy sauce. I burned it, then changed the sauce packet and put some soy sauce directly, and added some vegetables and eggs. I think it tastes very good. So if you don't like sweet noodles, don't put that sauce packet, and it's best to burn it. Southern stomachs can't eat hard noodles.

these and the indomi noodles are my absolute favorites. I found these when looking for the sweet and sour cabbage with the potato glass noodles that I can't find anywhere anymore. these are a great substitute and they're just as delicious. as well as they have artificial beef flavor and not actual animal by-products in it.
There is a small bag of pickled cabbage in it, which is very satisfying to eat.
