Great for cold soba
This sauce alone wasn't very flavorful, so I added tuna extract, hondashi, soy sauce, sugar, and the taste turned out great. Of course, wasabi, grated radish, and green onions are essential.

It arrived securely packaged. This was my first time buying from Weee(I found it in the "New Arrivals" section, but there were old reviews, so I couldn't buy it for a long time?), but I've bought it from another store before, so in that sense it's a repeat purchase (I know it's delicious). I prefer my soba noodles cold, so this is very convenient for me.

Tsuyu goes well with any dish, such as udon, fish cake soup, and cold soba. There is no substitute; it is so delicious.
Just add this and you're done with the udon broth. Water + Tsuyu = Udon Broth Add fish cake skewers and crown daisies, and it tastes just like store-bought udon!!
