got 5 pretty decent size. I steamed it for 15 mins. not sure if I over steamed it. it was a little dry, but still super delicious with lemon juice,salt, and pepper. ran out of the Tabasco sauce. subbed melted butter mixed with the lemon sauce. boo yah

The crab was just for show, not delicious. A bit expensive.
I was glad it was delivered in a rock-hard frozen state. The crab meat shrunk a bit when I put it in the hot pot, but the taste was good! The crab meat was beautifully processed, making for a colorful and vibrant hot pot.

First off, I received it well. I hope it doesn't taste fishy when I eat it.
Probably just bad luck. I bought 3 crabs. 2 were rotten, no meat, no roe. 1 had a little roe, but the meat was salty. Overall, it was my first time buying them, so 3 out of 10. If I'm lucky, I'll get one with roe that's okay to eat. Otherwise, it's just

The seasoning is quite salty, so be careful when baking it in the last step.
Still frozen
The prices are much better than Asian markets, the food is fresh, and it's packaged very carefully. I need to buy groceries from Wee every week, but there's no fresh food delivery service through Gofftown, so I can only order through a friend or acquaintance. It's a shame because it's so inconvenient! Hopefully, they will offer fresh food delivery through Gofftown in the future. I'll only buy from Wee and won't need to go to any other market anymore.
Although they're not very big, they're cheaper than in the supermarket!

It's chewy and delicious after cleaning and lightly blanching it.
After thawing in the refrigerator, eat it raw with wasabi.
