The portion is generous and it tastes great. I finely chopped the octopus, added garlic, chili peppers, oligosaccharide, sesame oil, and sesame seeds to make minced octopus paste, and ate it with the seaweed I had at home. It was so delicious!! There's plenty of it, so I think I'll be able to enjoy it for a while.
It is so, so delicious. If you are debating between this and the squid jeotgal from the same brand, choose this one. That one is mixed squid jeotgal, so the pieces were too small to feel like eating anything, but the octopus in this one is big and tasty.
