I added cabbage and button mushrooms, sprinkled pepper, and stir-fried them in a pan. It was delicious; even without adding extra oil, just the right amount of fat came out of the meat.
The marbling on the beef was nice, and the meat itself was a bit darker in color, but the quality was still good. It would be delicious in hot pot.

Stir-fried beef with onions is a very simple recipe: soy sauce, cooking wine, and a little oyster sauce.
It was frozen, so I put it back in the freezer immediately. The night before I was going to use it, I moved it to the refrigerator to thaw. It was thinly sliced, like leftover meat. It was perfect for making hashed beef. There was no unpleasant smell. It was delicious.

I bought another Little Sheep Wagyu beef hot pot slice last time and it was pretty good, so I'm trying this one instead.
I usually buy lamb, but this was my first time trying beef! Although it was a bit pricey, it was totally worth it – not as fatty as beef in the US and incredibly flavorful.

I saw it was on sale and bought it, but then I forgot that the colors of this one weren't very fresh...
The picture and the actual product were different, but I'm excited to buy it since it's my first purchase.
The tomato and egg stir-fry with beef is a favorite of my kids. We buy it every week now because it's so convenient.
Although it's not as pretty as the picture, the oil coating is quite good.
For some reason the color was darker than the product image, but that's not a problem. My child refused to eat the thinly sliced meat from a certain famous supermarket because he said it was tough, but he asked for seconds of this. I'll buy it again.
