Unexpectedly fresh and delicious, well seasoned
This dish is really good. The liver is tender and spicy.
The sliced pork liver w/ pepper chili is pretty good, there is no foul pork liver smell, and the chili wasn't too hot. Though, the pork liver was sliced too thin for this dish. Overall not bad, not really up to par to restaurant sit down quality, but it’s a good quick fix.
The strong flavor made it delicious and went well with rice.

I ordered Sichuan pepper pork liver, but the box I received contained Sichuan pepper pork kidney (as you can see from the photo). Although the goods are not the same, they are both delicious. I will buy pork liver again to try it.
This pig liver is still a little too tender and bloody. It would be better if it was fried.
I have never eaten such smelly pig liver, it was a big mistake, I will never go to this restaurant again. At first I took a bite and it was still red in the middle, it felt undercooked, and after heating it in the microwave for two minutes, it was so smelly that the whole room could smell it, so I threw it all away.
