Hong-eo in the US? ㅠㅠ It's more expensive than in Korea, but I guess that's to be expected. It's fresh, and I like it better after it's been aged. I'm just happy I can eat it.

It's not overly fermented, so even beginners can try it. I mixed it with fermented skate and water parsley and it was so delicious. It's only $18, but it has fermented skate in it! I know fermented skate is expensive, but the amount was a bit disappointing. It has soy sauce in it. It's good for single-person households when drinking alone.
